Common questions

Will it sound like a robot?
Not like the old ones. Today's voices sound natural, and it's configured with your phrasing and your real answers. There's always a hard rule too: if the caller asks for a person, it hands off to you or alerts you immediately.
What if I'm not technical at all?
Good — that describes most of my clients. I do all the configuration. Your only job is answering questions about your business and reviewing the result.
How long does it take?
Usually about a week from payment to live. Sometimes less, if your setup is simple.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The monthly cancels with 30 days notice. The setup fee is one time, and what gets built is configured in accounts that belong to you.
Does this replace my assistant or my team?
That's not the goal. It takes the repetitive work and the hours when nobody can answer, so your people spend their time where a human is actually needed.
Where do you work?
Everything is done remotely, so I work with businesses anywhere. All we need is a couple of overlapping hours in the day for calls.
