Services

• The setup fee is a one-time payment covering the build and configuration of your system.
• The monthly fee covers monitoring, maintenance, tuning, and support, and bills automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel the monthly service at any time with 30 days written notice. There is no penalty.
• Some connected tools — phone numbers, text messaging, calendar, AI providers — carry their own costs, paid directly to those providers and not included in our fees.
• Automated systems can fail or give wrong answers. We monitor and correct them, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific sales results.

Digital products

• Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, through an on-screen download link and by email.
• Your purchase is for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share it.

Refunds

• Digital products: 30-day guarantee. If it isn't useful to you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to return the file.
• Setup fee: fully refundable if you ask before build work begins. Once configuration has started, it is refunded in proportion to the work not yet done.
• Monthly fee: cancel anytime. We don't prorate the current month, but you won't be billed again after that.
• Refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to appear.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles that information under its own security standards.

Privacy

What we collect and why:

• Contact form: your name, business, email, phone, and message. Used only to reply to you and follow up.
• Purchases: Stripe collects your email and payment details to process the transaction and issue your receipt.
• Your language preference is stored in your browser so the site remembers you. It is not used to identify you.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. We share it only with the providers needed to operate — for example Stripe to take payment and our email provider to reply to you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Liability

We provide our services with professional care, but to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or expected profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
